In response to this client's need to update an aging and under utilized aircraft storage hangar, M^cCall & Associates provided a strong solution that included a new exterior skin, restoration of existing structural elements, and a strong street frontage with updated landscaping and parking. With the addition of transient pilot quarters and a modern fire alarm and suppression system, the building is now 100% leased for aircraft storage.
